Hi, I’m David and for the last 2 decades, I have been an HR Professional dedicated to a wide variety of people and development roles in the public and private sectors.

I have always continuously tried to develop myself as well as others. In December 2021, I was awarded my CIPD 20 Years Membership Certificate. In itself a significant achievement and great recognition but this also prompted me to look again at my Professional Status and educational capacity and capability.

I had been considering the Level 7 qualification for some time and the cost of self-funding the course had always been a barrier as finding circa £12,000-£15,000 to study a Masters at University was not possible for me. In addition, I needed a course that I could complete whilst sustaining full time employment.
